Susan is now out.
Judge Trigg released Susan. But instead of apologizing for unjustly putting Susan in jail, the judge again reprimanded Susan for somehow not fulfilling her probation requirements. The judge apparently doesn’t want to understand the situation. At this hearing, when Susan was before the judge, Susan correctly didn’t try to argue with the judge. The judge was letting Susan out, and it wouldn’t have been a good policy to disrupt anything.
In any case, to repeat, Susan is now out.
